		<description><![CDATA[The building design comes short of what modern architecture is all about! Is the City of Hollywood trapped in a time capsule, dated 1970? 

Although excited about this project, I expected to see something much more exciting, like Ocean Palms, Trump and Diplomat, on a smaller scale, lower, yet CONTEMPORARY- 2012 and ...

It saddens me that Hollywood Beach has so much to offer, but it choses to offer sad, boring NEW buildings- seemingly favoring the least inspiring architecture of the 70&#039;s (ugly, oppressive, square!) Please remember that architecture is the most powerful form of art, one mistake and we have to live with it several generations to come. Don&#039;t allow un-inspiring projects, let us all join forces together and make Hollywood Skyline more attractive than Sunny Isles and South Beach.]]></description>
