Capponi Construction Group To Break Ground On 350,000 sq ft. Multi-use Property
Capponi Construction Group is breaking ground on a 350,000 sq ft. multi-use property with 225 rooms, a retail and entertainment strip and 4 restaurants, with hopes to help revitalize historic Hollywood Beach into a new entertainment district for the area.
Announced today via Press Release, Capponi Construction Group has a pipeline of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects in South Florida and Haiti that together are projected to triple the firm’s business over last year.
The largest of the projects is going to be developed on Hollywood Beach. This 350,000 square foot multi-use property is situated just a stones throw away from the proposed site (on Johnson St.) of the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort.
I believe this is the site of the former development project called “Hollywood Grande” and the new project may be titled “liberty Grande”. However the press release did not specify a name for this project or any of the others.
Looking forward to lots of construction in the near future. Hopefully all worthy growing pains.
